Description of research project
The research project will focus on model-based dose optimisation of antibiotic treatment (in casu prophylactic treatment) using pharmacometric and machine learning tools.

You hold a degree of Master in Bio-Science Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Medicine, Drug Development, Pharmaceutical Care, Biomedical Sciences, or equivalent. The degree requirement needs to be fulfilled at the start of your appointment.
Special requirements
For diplomas awarded outside the European Union, a certificate of equivalence (NARIC) must be submitted
You have a critical mind and an independent, problem-solving and results-oriented attitude.
You have a strong interest in quantitative modeling; theoretical and practical experience with modeling software NONMEM, Monolix, Simcyp, PK-Sim, Gastroplus, R and/or Python is a plus
You have excellent teaching and communication skills
Any teaching experience or participation in extra training, conferences, etc. is recommended
You have a good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
