Short summary of skills, experience and career objective

Currently I am working as a full-time Medical Microbiology specialist at the National Reference Laboratory for Retroviruses of the National Center for Public Health and Pharmacy of Hungary.

I have recently finished my Medical Microbiology (Clinical Microbiology) specialty training and passed successfully my specialty board exam. I have been mostly working in the Clinical Microbiology laboratory of Semmelweis University in the last five years during my training, while I also had the opportunity to join the National Reference Laboratory for Retroviruses as a part-time medical doctor in January 2024. I am working at the Reference Laboratory as a full-time specialist since my specialty board exam.

During my training I gained a solid foundation about the diagnostics of different infectious diseases, while I also had to chance to develop my skills as a consultant Microbiologist, helping the everyday work of fellow clinicians.
