-Responsibilities:
• Daily reviewing QC of all laboratory procedures done in the laboratory.
• Follow up daily, weekly & monthly maintenance of all laboratory equipment and facilities.
• Communication with other physicians in all hospital wards and report high-risk laboratory results for emergency actions.
.Interpretation and diagnosis of different microbiological samples.
• Revision and signature of the different laboratory tests, making comments and write applied recommendations for further investigations for patients in need.

• Supervision of high complexity tests performed by laboratory personnel.
• Responsible for the training programs of junior residents and laboratory staff under supervision of the laboratory manager.
• Monitor the implementation of different proficiency testing programs, reporting them, and taking any corrective actions when needed.
• Ensuring a mechanism for resolution of any complaint against the laboratory after reporting the issue to the laboratory manager.
